Description

  • Provide high-quality patient care in perioperative settings at Hermosa Surgical Care Center Inc.
  • Administer medications, maintain patient records, and monitor vital signs.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
  • Support patient and family education with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional nursing experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in First-Aid, medical knowledge, certified Professional Healthcare Resuscitation Nurse (PHRN) preferred.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, maintain patient records, collaborate with healthcare teams, and monitor patient progress.
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassion, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to changing situations.
