Appointment Scheduling: Booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments to manage the dental office’s schedule effectively
Patient Reception: Greeting patients upon arrival, verifying their information, and assisting with check-in procedures
Insurance Processing: Managing patient insurance claims, verifying coverage, and handling billing inquiries with insurance companies
Billing and Payments: Handling patient payments, generating invoices, managing payment plans, and addressing billing questions
Record Management: Maintaining accurate patient records, updating dental charts, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations
Patient Communication: Sending appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and handling phone inquiries regarding procedures and policies

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or any related field
With at least 1-year(s) work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other design/video editing tools
