Programming

Description

  1. Conducts preventive maintenance of machine and equipment
  2. Immediate Repair of problematic machines that causes production downtime.
  3. Monitors and controls the following:
  4. Machine and fixtures issuance and maintenance
  5. Loss time caused by machine and fixture problem 
  6. Designs and modifies design of jigs and fixtures for the following purposes:
  7. Process improvement
  8. Countermeasure for the prevention of product defect occurrence.
  9. Requirements of production processes
  10. Prepares evaluation report of the fabricated or modified production jigs and fixtures.
  11. Conducts maintenance and cleaning of Feeders.
  12. Performs wave solder profiling and temperature monitoring. Adjusts if necessary
  13. Assists in programming of SMT machine / AOI/ and other equipments.

Requirement

  1. Must be a graduate of vocational course related on the field.
  2. Requires basic knowledge in SMT machine Troubleshooting and Machine Setup Programming.
  3. Must have knowledge or experience in basic machine shop practices and electronic trouble shooting.
