Experience in Electronics

Description

  1. Receives, tests and evaluates machines and equipment and prepares report.
  2. Maintains and assess spare parts availability for machines, equipment and fixture/ jigs / feeders repair and maintenance
  3. Records and maintains machine, equipment and fixture/ jigs history logsheet
  4. Schedules and conducts staff meetings regarding matters/concerns of the section.
  5. Supports the implementation of procedures to maintain the quality and environmental systems of the company.
  6. Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Prepares work programs and implements job schedules.
  8. Asses and monitors day to day activities of personnel.
  9. Prepares weekly and monthly report for the group’s activities and performance results.
  10. Designs work programs and implements job schedules.
  11. Study and provides process time for rework and conversion processes

Requirements

  1. Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably BSECE, BSEE or BSME
  2. Adequate exposure or experience in electronics and computer literate.  
  3. Preferably with leadership training
  4. Must have leadership capabilities and must be able to decide regarding technical and personnel matters.
