As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and providing assistance to the customers over the phone.

Qualifications

  • With good command of the English language.
  • College Graduates
  • 2-year Vocational Course Graduates
  • Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college
  • Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience
  • High School Graduates with at least 6 months continuous call center experience
  • Willing to work on holidays and weekends
  • Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
