Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, construction, and site surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment.
• Measure and determine property boundaries, elevations, and site dimensions accurately.
• Prepare, review, and maintain survey reports, maps, drawings, and related documentation.
• Establish reference points and markers for construction projects.
• Assist engineers and project managers by providing accurate survey data.
• Verify survey data and ensure measurements comply with project specifications.
• Monitor site conditions and perform as-built surveys during and after construction.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other project personnel regarding survey activities.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
• Perform other surveying-related duties as assigned by management.
