- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient project execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in site management or related positions.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work at construction sites; may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
