Service Delivery Manager

Description :

A Service Delivery Manager in a BPO setting oversees the delivery of outsourced services, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and contractual agreements. They act as the primary client contact, manage and lead service delivery teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include handling escalated issues, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and company policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in service delivery or operations management.

 

Work setup:

Onsite - Davao

Salary:

Basic - 150,000

  

Requirements :

  • College Graduate (Non-Negotiable)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager within a BPO Voice International Account
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team with a headcount of at least 300+ full-time employees (FTEs)
  • Six Sigma Certification is preferred
  • Must be willing to relocate to Davao City, Philippines (relocation package provided)
