Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve queries, and provide information about services.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require working weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, adaptive, and patient with a strong customer focus.
