Position Title: Service Crew

Location: Lipa City Batangas

Job Summary: The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Assist customers in menu selection and provide recommendations.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.

1. Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all food items are presented attractively.
• Monitor dining area to fulfill customer needs and requests.

1. Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Clear and reset tables quickly after customers leave.
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to provide efficient service.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

1. Sales and Promotions:

• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

1. Health and Safety:

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus).
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
