Description
- Welcome and assist guests with high-quality customer service.
- Help ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area and work stations.
- Assist with food prep, replenish food supplies, and manage buffet stations.
- Process guest orders and handle transactions with care and accuracy.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Candidate must hold at least a Diploma degree, preferably in hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required, suitable for entry-level candidates.
- Skills and Competencies: Should possess skills in waitering and be familiar with the operations of a Quick Service Restaurant. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting customers and presenting menus.
- Taking orders and ensuring accurate delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Processing payments and providing excellent customer service.
- Working Conditions: Prepared to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant.
- Qualities and Traits: We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and attentive individual with a customer-oriented approach and a passion for the food service industry.
