Description

Communicating with Customers:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.


Sales Lead Generation and Market Research:

  • Utilize various lead generation techniques including cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base and maximize sales opportunities.


Understanding Customers' Needs:

  • Conduct needs assessments and consultations to uncover underlying customer requirements, aligning product offerings with their unique needs and business objectives.


Answering Potential Customers' Questions and Proposal Preparation:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as sales managers and product specialists to ensure alignment between customer expectations and proposed solutions, maximizing conversion rates and sales success.


Product and Service Information Management:

  • Stay abreast of product updates, pricing changes, and market dynamics through ongoing training, industry publications, and participation in product seminars and workshops.


Database Management and Client Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers, capturing relevant contact information and communication preferences to facilitate targeted marketing and sales efforts.


Upselling products and services:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features, functionalities, and benefits of products and services, illustrating their value proposition and competitive advantages.


Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product innovations through market research, industry reports, and competitive benchmarking analysis, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and market gaps.


Upselling and Cross-Selling Initiatives:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs analysis, purchase history, and product affinity analysis, recommending complementary products and services to maximize customer value and revenue.


New Sales Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management:

  • Qualify new sales leads through rigorous screening and assessment processes, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles.


Sales Closing and Target Achievement:

  • Employ consultative selling techniques and value-based propositions to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively, maximizing revenue generation and profitability.


Appointment Setting and Sales Support:

  • Assist sales personnel in scheduling appointments with clients and prospects, coordinating logistics, and managing calendars to optimize their productivity and time management.


Customer Information Sheet (CIS) Management:

  • Prepare, revise, and disseminate Customer Information Sheets (CIS) based on approved quotations and instructions from sales personnel, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements.


Client Booking Coordination and Updates:

  • Receive booking requests from clients and coordinate with internal departments such as customer service and operations to ensure timely updates regarding flight or vessel details, container availability, and shipment status.


Client Communication and Issue Resolution:

  • Coordinate with clients and branch offices to address irregularities or discrepancies in documentation, cargo shipments, or service deliveries, facilitating prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Logistics and Freight Forwarding: 1 year (Required)
