We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Copywriter with at least 3-5 years of proven and relevant ad agency experience and expertise in crafting compelling content for advertising and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional short and long-form writing skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset. This role requires flexibility in writing styles, superb organizational skills, and the ability to set trends within the industry.
· Develop engaging and persuasive content for advertising and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
· Craft compelling copy for a range of media, including print, digital, social media, and video.
· Present creative concepts effectively to internal teams and clients, articulating the strategic vision and message behind the copy.
· Contribute to the development of overarching creative strategies, aligning with business objectives and target audience preferences.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
· Demonstrate mastery in both short and long-form writing, adapting to project requirements and target audience needs.
· Ensure clarity, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines in all written content.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative writing techniques, contributing to the company's reputation as a trendsetter in copywriting.
· Exhibit flexibility in writing styles and treatment, tailoring content to suit different brands, products, and campaign objectives.
· Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
· Demonstrate superb listening skills, understanding client and team feedback to refine and enhance copywriting deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of professional advertising agency-experience in copywriting.
Proven track record of creating successful content (short & long form) for diverse campaigns.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex messaging concepts clearly.
Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to overall campaign development.
Flexible writing styles and treatment to adapt to various brands and campaign requirements.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and tight deadlines effectively.
Trendsetting mentality, staying current with industry innovations and creative writing techniques.
