Description
- Oversight of regulatory compliance within Ventra Health Global Services Inc, BPO & Call Center industry
- Developing & implementing effective compliance programs
- Conducting internal reviews & audits to ensure adherence
- Providing compliance training to staff
- Staying updated with relevant laws & regulations
- Addressing & remedying compliance issues proactively.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, or AML), familiarity with industry practices and professional standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement compliance programs, prepare and file compliance reports, conduct internal audits and reviews, advise management on compliance matters, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with regular business hours; may require occasional travel for meetings, training, or audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, ability to work independently, proactive in staying updated with regulatory changes and industry trends.
