Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team, enabling them to understand and effectively sell HR and recruitment solutions.
Address customer technical queries, ensuring high satisfaction and enhancing the sales process.
Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and identify potential product improvements.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, labor laws, and recruitment technologies.
Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals that resonate with the target market.
Facilitate product demonstrations for clients and work closely with sales representatives on strategic accounts.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have at least a High/Senior High School degree; additional certifications in sales or CRM are a plus.
Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools, especially Salesforce, excellent teamwork capabilities, and strong communication skills.
