Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and objectives to effectively position our products or services.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with prospective customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant reports to the Corporate Sales Supervisor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or account management in the B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, decision-making process, and key stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills and can present confidently to the M-levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Must have high level of customer orientation
- Can understand and use sales numbers to make better sales plan
