As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in selling the company’s services to potential business clients. Job responsibilities and context:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services 
• Respond to the needs of the client and create specific points of resolution to concerns
• Constantly manage existing client accounts
• Work closely with other teams to ensure effectivity of sales operations
• Able to resolve conflicts and concerns under pressure

Compensation information:

• Basic pay of 20,000 to 25,000
• Government-mandated benefits

Job competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Others):

• Has solid verbal and written English communication skills
• Has a Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in any four-year program
• Preferably has experience in Account Management and Sales
• Has at least 6 months or 1-year BPO experience
• Able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Willing to work in the night shift
