Job Title: Sales Representative
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
Skills and Competencies: Proven negotiation skills
Proficient in sales support and providing sales training
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Exceptional interpersonal and advanced communication skills
Ability to manage sales/leasing processes
Responsibilities and Duties:Engaging with customers to understand their needs
Presenting product or service demonstrations
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Providing ongoing support and after-sales service
Participating in sales training and meetings
Maintaining accurate customer records in the sales database
Working Conditions: This role requires both office and field work; candidates should be comfortable with travel and face-to-face meetings as needed.
