·        At least College Level;

·        Must know how to drive a motorcycle

·        With driver’s license

·        With NBI, POLICE and BARANGAY Clearance

·        With two government issued ID’s

·        With proof of billing of current residence

·        Certificate of employment from former employer or Certificate of good moral character from teacher or guidance counselor or barangay captain
