Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Promodizer to join our team. The Sales Promodizer will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our products within a retail environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales personality, and the ability to build relationships with customers. You will ensure that our products are well-displayed, educate customers on their benefits, and meet or exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion and Demonstration: Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers, explaining features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions and addressing their needs.
  • Sales Achievement: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Merchandising and Display: Ensure that products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and that promotional materials are visible and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, specifications, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions and provide daily or weekly reports to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant vocational training
  • Previous experience as a Sales Promodizer, Sales Associate, or similar role in a retail setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of retail or FMCG products
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking
  • Fluency in Filipino and English
