JOB SUMMARY:
Play a key administrative and sales support for the sales team. Provide an important link between the sales team and the Business Center Operator.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of Center Operator and achievement of sales target.
2. Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction of the new and existing Operator.
3. Conduct field activities with new Center Operator to jump-start their business.
4. Consolidate and submit all DS reports
a. Weekly sales report
b. Quarterly Sales Promotion
c. Profitability Report
d. CO Sales Monitoring
e. Sales Bible
5. Research, plan, and implement new sales and recruitment initiatives for the specific needs of each Center Operator.
6. Acquire Special deals and volume orders from Libraries, Private companies, and LGU.
7. Attend Personal and Professional development workshop/ training required by the company
8. Conduct training and orientation for all new DS personnel.
9. Maintain a highly effective and pro-active team.
10. Conduct monthly performance evaluation of DS personnel based on their KPI’s
11. Submit the Annual Performance Evaluation of DS personnel every 1st Monday of August.
12. Participate in all monthly nationwide Center Operator’s meeting.
13. Participate in all the Nationwide Center Operator’s activities.
14. Acquire up-to-date information on the best practices and business benchmark within our industry to be able to act immediately and develop strategies for the achievement of goals.
15. Assist in the weekly online live selling activities
16. Handle other activities that may be assigned by Direct Superior.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Entrepreneurship, BS Marketing or any related courses
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work or relocate in Sta. Mesa Manila
• Knowledgeable in different selling techniques
• Customer service oriented
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
