Set sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales efficiency.
Market Analysis & Customer Insights
Conduct research on market trends, competitive products, and consumer needs within the pet industry.
Identify target audiences and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Gather customer insights to guide product offerings and align with current pet product trends.
Client & Distributor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners.
Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate terms and conditions with distribution partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet or exceed targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and implement best practices in sales.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s pet products and brand.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and content marketing to boost product visibility.
Manage marketing budget and monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Product Positioning & Launches
Oversee product launches, coordinating with product development and supply chain teams.
Create promotional materials and product positioning strategies that appeal to target markets.
Track product performance and gather feedback for continual improvement.
Reporting & Financial Oversight
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Analyze P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts to drive strategic business decisions.
Ensure alignment with financial objectives and make adjustments to meet budgetary goals.
