Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in real estate consulting or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills; proficiency with real estate software and MS Office; understanding of local property laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages; develop a network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to refer clients; mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Working Conditions: Requires fieldwork to properties and office work for documentation and research.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, motivated, ethical, and ability to work independently.
