- Conduct Market Analysis to evaluate property values and identify profitable ventures.
- Advise clients on the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
- Assist in negotiation processes to ensure fair property transactions.
- Nurture reputable networks and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of real estate laws, trends, and best practices in property management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in real estate consulting or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills; proficiency with real estate software and MS Office; understanding of local property laws and regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages; develop a network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to refer clients; mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Working Conditions: Requires fieldwork to properties and office work for documentation and research.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, motivated, ethical, and ability to work independently.
