Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and maximize hotel occupancy. You will engage in direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail campaigns, appointment calls, and hotel tours to attract new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic action plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
• Engage in proactive direct sales activities, including telemarketing, direct mail, and in-person appointments, to generate new business opportunities.
• Organize and conduct tours of the hotel to showcase facilities and services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 to 7 years of proven success in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
