Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales efforts in the Philippines. This role will involve generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and generate new business leads, qualifying prospects, and building a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess client needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to potential clients.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics regularly, ensuring all sales activities are recorded in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional plans that drive lead generation.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local industry and market trends.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the local market in specific regions or industries, such as FMCG, Real Estate, or Technology.
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino (additional Philippine languages are a plus).
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
