Customer Outreach & Relationship Building:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers, including businesses, retail partners, and direct consumers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.

Sales & Product Presentations:

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase the features and benefits of our solar and electronic products.
• Explain technical specifications and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track sales performance and customer interactions, providing regular reports to the sales manager.

Market & Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and effectively position our products.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.

Customer Service & Support:

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and benefits to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in solar, electronics, or renewable energy products.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to work independently.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar technology and electronics is an advantage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
