Description

  • Translate the general marketing direction and create a sales strategy to capture identified target market. This also includes studying the products and learning about the brand’s philosophy.
  • To execute the whole sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Build relationship with customers and provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention & customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with sales distributors, product briefing, provide support for the sales distributors
  • Other tasks that may be related to selling of the Bicol-made products.
  • Responsible for selling local food products & handicrafts made by micro-entrepreneurs from the Bicol region to help meet Metro Manila market sales targets
  • Pursue initial institutional leads, as well as scoping the market and expand reach to more customers, preferably B2B (business-to-business), 
  • and done in line with the brand positioning, the story of the products and the micro-entrepreneurs behind it
  • Responsible for coordination with, and product briefing for sales distributors.

 

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related courses;
  • At least 2-3 years experience in sales and lead generation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Customer service; Highly self-motivated;
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in office software applications;
  • With Bicol roots is an advantage.
