Description
- Represent Nidec Instruments (Philippines) Corporation in securing and maintaining client relationships within the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services industry.
- Identify and target potential customers, presenting our electronic component products and services to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with our technical team to address client queries and provide expert solutions.
- Contribute to team sales targets and strategic business growth initiatives.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Seeking individuals with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industry or related markets.
- Skills and Competencies: Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work with CRM software, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, and prepare sales reports.
- Working Conditions: This role may require travel and attending client meetings, with flexible hours depending on customer availability.
- Qualities and Traits: We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and the capacity to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
