Description

  • - **Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
  • - **Sales Generation**: Achieve individual sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
  • - **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and benefits to offer customers accurate and helpful information.
  • - **Merchandising**: Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and restocked according to store standards.
  • - **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately, and handle cash or card payments.
  • - **Inventory Management**: Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels, reporting discrepancies or low stock to management.
  • - **Store Maintenance**: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring fitting rooms and product displays are tidy.
  • - **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow sales associates and management to meet sales goals and improve the customer experience.
  • - **Customer Feedback**: Listen to and report customer feedback and issues to improve service or product offerings.
  • - **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Recommend complementary products and upsell to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • - **Sales Reporting**: Track personal sales performance and report to management.
  • - **Loss Prevention**: Be vigilant about preventing theft or loss by maintaining awareness of surroundings and following store procedures.

    • Higshcool Graduate will do as long as willing to learn.
    • With relevant experience is a plus.
