Description

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
  • Provide product recommendations and promote special offers
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize products
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred)
  • Previous sales or retail experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Knowledge of consumer goods is an advantage
