Description

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the department assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining files and records.
  • Maintain records such as but not limited to clients’ database, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization as needed to ensure that projects are on track and deadlines are met.
  • Answer all customer inquires and concerns.
  • Perform other Administrative duties that may be required by the Department Manager.


Requirement

  • Preferably college graduate of any vocational or degree course
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, however fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • With customer service skills and business management skills
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office System
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Can work with minimum supervision
