Description
- Maintains organized sales record and proper safekeeping of– client’s master list, calling cards, contracts, quotation, etc.
- Handles customer queries and concern through phone, email, viber.
- Ensures correctness of client’s contract and completeness of needed requirements, monitors the validity of contract and quotation, accomplish customer satisfaction survey.
- Monitors petty cash fund to be used by the team including replenishment and reimbursement.
- Monitors the accuracy of documents; report vs actual; SWS (Stock Withdrawal Slip) & SAS (Stock Acceptance Slip), SOH (Stock on Hand) from Inventory.
- Assists clients, guests, visitors during their meeting and scheduled site tour.
- Assists sales and marketing team, particularly through presentations and site inspections of clients as needed.
- Renders administrative support to the team
- Requesting necessary office supplies needed by the team.
- Perform any other tasks inherent to the position and as assigned from time to time.

Requirement
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/cold storage industry.
- Highly organized, keen to details, team player, good administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- With minimal supervision.
- Computer literate: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panabo, Davao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
