- Understand client needs and deliver tailored employment solutions

- Meet personal and team sales targets, playing a key role in the company’s growth
- Educate clients on market trends and provide exceptional service throughout the recruitment process
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or consulting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, sales support, and sales training abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients, identify business opportunities, and offer tailored solutions.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with frequent travel required for client meetings and presentations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, persuasive, adaptable, results-driven, and customer-focused.
