We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable construction products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Promote and sell ECOBLOC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks and panels, highlighting their energy efficiency, durability, and eco-friendly benefits.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, building materials, and sustainable solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
