Description :

  • Plan, organize, and direct sales activities to hit the sales objectives
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target
  • Spearhead sales and marketing efforts and conceptualize strategies to meet the revenue target and customer satisfaction
  • Create plans and strategies based on industry trends
  • Develop and present proposals of company products, particularly for key accounts
  • Establish personal contact with key customers and oversee large accounts
  • Generate new leads and grow existing accounts through cold calls, client visits, networking, and attending industry events, among others
  • Construct and maintain the sales database
  • Report sales activity and revenue forecast

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related program
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction supply, building materials supply or related industry
  • Has experience in supervising / managing people
  • Can do marketing, client acquisition and business development (B2B and B2C)
  • Amenable to full onsite work in Boni, Mandaluyong
  • Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
