Description :
- Plan, organize, and direct sales activities to hit the sales objectives
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target
- Spearhead sales and marketing efforts and conceptualize strategies to meet the revenue target and customer satisfaction
- Create plans and strategies based on industry trends
- Develop and present proposals of company products, particularly for key accounts
- Establish personal contact with key customers and oversee large accounts
- Generate new leads and grow existing accounts through cold calls, client visits, networking, and attending industry events, among others
- Construct and maintain the sales database
- Report sales activity and revenue forecast
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related program
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction supply, building materials supply or related industry
- Has experience in supervising / managing people
- Can do marketing, client acquisition and business development (B2B and B2C)
- Amenable to full onsite work in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
