Description
- Engage customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage customers, present vehicle options, negotiate sales, and manage customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a dealership environment, with flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Persuasive, goal-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
