Description

  • Achievement of sales targets in terms of number of booking transactions and total sales volume made by the travel agents being handled
  • Consistently grow the total number of travel agents using the platform by consistently registering new agents to support achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure retention of accounts handled by providing necessary post-sales assistance
  • Good understanding of the B2B market – at least 1 year sales experience gained from any B2B company
  • Strong background in sales – prospecting, management of sales pipeline, and target achievement
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the travel industry

Requirement

  • Graduate of a Bachelor/College degree in tourism or any business-related course
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Analytical and good numerical skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
