Assess workplace health and safety hazards and enforce compliance with safety regulations in construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to MSK Group Work, Inc. safety policies.
Organize and lead safety training sessions for all employees, promoting a culture of safety-first across all operations.
Investigate accidents, maintain records of safety-related incidents, and implement corrective measures.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and report on safety performance metrics in relation to construction industry standards.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in safety management, health, or relevant field.
Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a safety officer role or similar position.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in safety management, first aid training, emergency response protocols, and medical knowledge. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, train staff in safety protocols, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in various environments, potentially hazardous conditions, and to be on call for emergencies.
