ROPA Coordinator

Description
- Assist the ROPA Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with the collections team to receive repossessed assets and prepare them for sale.
- Support the sales team by providing information about available ROPA inventory, pricing, and unit specifications.
- Prepare sales reports and track progress towards sales goals.
- Coordinate with dealers and agents to facilitate sales transactions.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new dealers and agents.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and agents.
- Provide support and training to dealers and agents.
- Ensure the timely and efficient turnover of repossessed units from collection companies.
- Verify the completion of all necessary checklists and documentation during the turnover process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the prompt listing and sale of available units.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
