Plan and execute in-store promotions and nationwide marketing campaigns to
drive sales and customer engagement.
Develop creative concepts and strategies for retail promotions that align with brand objectives.
Work closely with the operations team to implement local store marketing initiatives and nationwide campaigns.
Coordinate with store managers to ensure the proper implementation of promotions and marketing activities.
Schedule regular store visits to ensure branding uniformity and address any store improvement needs.
Monitor and analyze the performance of retail promotions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing-related graphics are of high quality and posted in a timely manner.
Ensure that store branding is consistent across all locations and in line with the company’s standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role.
Proven ability to plan and execute marketing promotions, both in store and nationwide.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with operations and store teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
Ability to travel regularly for store visits and campaign monitoring.
Amenable to work on-site at BGC, Taguig.
Can start ASAP.
