Regulatory Pharmacist – Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC License.

Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, or the pharmaceutical/food supplement industry.
  • Experience in FDA product registration, License to Operate (LTO), Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), and regulatory submissions is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GMP, and applicable pharmaceutical laws.
  • Familiarity with product registration, labeling requirements, and regulatory documentation.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple regulatory deadlines.


Responsibilities


The Senior Regulatory Associate is responsible for overseeing and facilitating regulatory activities to ensure that the company's pharmaceutical, food supplement, cosmetic, medical device, and other regulated products comply with the requirements of the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other applicable government agencies.
