Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulations and statutes pertaining to the wholesale/distribution sectors.
Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed within Theo-Pam Trading Corporation.
Serve as the point of contact for external regulators and manage regulatory submissions and reporting requirements.
Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations and propose changes to processes as needed to comply.

Educational Qualifications: Possession of at least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a regulatory environment.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure that the organization complies with all external regulatory requirements. Review and interpret regulatory guidelines and report on compliance matters.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with the possibility of attending meetings with regulatory organizations.
