Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families .

• Earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) 
• Pass the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination, which is conducted by the Board of Nursing under the supervision of the Professional Regulation Commission 
• Provide the following documents: 
• Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
• PSA Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants) 
• Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” 
• Notarized Certificate of Undertaking signed by the Dean and the Registrar
