Assumes the role of both school nurse and occupational health nurse in conformity to school and occupational health standards. Basic functions include emergency response and first-aid; assistance in medical consultations; facilitation of physical examination; medical assistance; medical documentation; 7S implementation; assistance in ensuring a safe and healthful school environment; and professional growth and performance of supervisory tasks as may be designated by the Department Head.

• Graduate of BS Nursing and a Licensed Nurse
• Prior experience as a school nurse is preferred, but not required
