Description

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care for patients at St. Jude Animal Bite Center.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient health following animal bite incidents.
  • Document and communicate patient status with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families on preventative care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and therapeutic environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest healthcare practices in the field of animal-related injuries.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must hold a current PRC License in nursing, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, maintain patient records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Working Conditions: This role requires long hours, shift work, and may include weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for candidates who are compassionate, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
