Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Facebook, job boards, databases, referrals, schools and community channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls, validate basic qualifications and explain the opportunity clearly without disclosing restricted client or office information.
• Schedule interviews, send reminders, follow up no-shows and keep candidates engaged until the final decision.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, offer acceptance, onboarding and start-date confirmation.
• Maintain accurate trackers and candidate records using Excel or Google Sheets; provide daily and weekly activity updates.
• Support urgent and volume hiring assignments and shift sourcing channels when applicant flow is weak.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job portals, and social media sourcing
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
