- Assist in finding top tech talent for Innerworks International Inc., a leader in the ICT sector.
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate skill level, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Provide a robust candidate experience to uphold our company's reputation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at HR business partnering, strong understanding of retention strategies, computer literacy, and keen attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage full-cycle recruiting, develop talent acquisition strategies, partner with HR for process management, oversee recruitment allocation, and ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak recruiting seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage with diverse candidates, proactive in sourcing talent, analytical mindset for process improvement, and dedication to fostering a positive candidate experience.
