  • Source and pre- qualify candidates that match requirements.
  • Conduct pre- screen interviews with applicants through phone interview, online platforms and in- person
  • Creating a shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Maintain and update databases of potential candidates for future vacant positions.
  • Maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
