Description

Screening and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job position.
Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job.
Conduct an orientation program for the new employee.
Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor.
Providing recruitment reports to the team manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/College in any courses.
Graduate in Psychology/Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management is an advantage.
At least 1-year experience in recruitment is a plus.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with social media, job portals, and professional networks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Can start ASAP.
Amenable to work in night shift and on site at San Juan City.
