Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Manager

[NIGHT SHIFT - Phillipines Home Based]


This role acts as a full-cycle Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Manager who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. The Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for owning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the client to drive hiring and lead adoption of best practices.



What You'll Do:

  • Assist Recruiting Director in managing Talent Acquisition operations. 
  • Helping set priorities; driving recruiting strategy; streamlining process, training and mentoring Talent Specialists, etc.
  • Facilitates the opening of requisitions and job postings (internal and external).
  • Have comfort with data and presenting progress reporting and trends
  • Provides guidance to team leaders and employees related to employment procedures, policies and other tools to maximize hiring effectiveness.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans
  • Reviews applications/resumes for referral to appropriate hiring managers.
  • Build recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are met
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
  • Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results

  • Negotiate placement contracts with clients
  • Train new recruiters

Requirements

What You'll Need:



  • Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates, managing recruiting teams and more.
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Savvy with the latest tech and tools


 Hours of operations:

  • Must be available during normal USA Eastern Standard Business Hours
  • Mon-Thursday 9am – 6pm & Fridays 9am-1pm EST
